A random sample of 400 participants of the ACT Government's GardenSmart Program will be invited to participate in a survey (April 2009 to June 2009) to help evaluate the program. All participants who provide a completed survey will be eligible to participate in a prize draw as outlined in the terms and conditions below.

How to enter

 

To enter the prize draw:

•  complete the “Evaluation of ACT Government GardenSmart Program 2009” survey provided by telephone, mail or email;

•  include your name, postal address and preferred phone contact number in the spaces provided on the back of the survey; and

•  return it using Reply Paid mail as shown on the survey.

 

Promotion starts 29 April 2009 and closes 1 June 2009.

 

Prize details

 

Ten prizes will be drawn. Each prize will be a $50 gift voucher from the Yarralumla Nursery, Banks Street , Yarralumla ACT.

 

Prizes will be drawn at 10.00 am on Wednesday 10 June 2009, at Sustainability Programs, Department of the Environment, Climate Change, Energy and Water, Level 4 Macarthur House, 12 Wattle Street , Lyneham ACT 2602. Winners names will be published on the Think Water website on 11 June 2009 and winners will also be notified by mail or email by 22 June 2009.

 

A redraw will take place for any prizes unclaimed or undistributed by 14 September 2009. The redraw will take place at 10.00 am on 15 September 2009, at Sustainability Programs, Department of the Environment, Climate Change, Energy and Water, Level 4 Macarthur House, 12 Wattle Street , Lyneham ACT 2602.
